Careers

Western Heritage employs professionals in three main areas:

Archaeology

• Professional archaeologists, with a graduate degree and experience in the province where they work.
• Technical staff, with an undergraduate degree and experience.

Geomatics

• Project managers, usually with a graduate degree and experience (many have specific GIS or remote sensing certificates, in addition to a degree). Experience with ESRI and PCI products is helpful.

Near-Surface Geophysics

• Professional archaeologists, with a graduate degree and archaeological experience, as well as experience working with radar, magnetometry, resistivity or other prospection methods.
